Hi,
I am new about the DBunit,
I am using DBUnit to test my existing project which build on Spring , Hibenate and Mysql
but don't have idea how to configured my DBUnit with my application test my Database.

I have tried to do this but there is lot of error.

Hi,

in gwt 2.5 version this class is deprecated, could you please tell me what is the equivalent class for this after deprecation. I am not able to get any concerete data from search enginees.

Please find the below code and it will be great ful if you can provide equivalent code for this in GWT 2.5

public static PagingScrollTable createScrollTable(CachedTableModel cachedTableModel, TableDefinition tableDef) {
PagingScrollTable pagingScrollTable = new PagingScrollTable(cachedTableModel, tableDef);
pagingScrollTable.setPageSize(20);
pagingScrollTable.setEmptyTableWidget(new HTML("some text"));
pagingScrollTable.getDataTable().setSelectionPolicy(SelectionPolicy.ONE_ROW);
FixedWidthGridBulkRenderer bulkRenderer = new FixedWidthGridBulkRenderer(pagingScrollTable.getDataTable(), pagingScrollTable);
pagingScrollTable.setBulkRenderer(bulkRenderer);
pagingScrollTable.setCellPadding(1);
pagingScrollTable.setCellSpacing(0);
pagingScrollTable.setResizePolicy(ScrollTable.ResizePolicy.FILL_WIDTH);
pagingScrollTable.setSortPolicy(SortPolicy.SINGLE_CELL);

return pagingScrollTable;
}

How can I add Widget in the Scroll table?

Is it possible to assign Widget (like HorizontalPanel, InlineHyperlink) to cell element?
I mean, how can I add Widget in the 1 on the column of the table?

by Kiran (guest), 02 Mar 2012 12:06

@zeratus — not the same thing. my code required different urls for different entry points. url rewrite isn't required if you have a single entry point, but it is if you have mutliple. in any event, i wrote this post back in 2009 when i was building a GWT app. GWT has gone through several major releases since then. not sure what has changed.

by zenoconsultingzenoconsulting, 31 Aug 2011 13:06

Gwt has an option in gwt.xml files to rename the module:
<module rename-to="somethingElse">
This way you can avoid having the whole package name in the path. So I don't think you need the URL rewriting ;)

Can you please post your source code for retrieving the paged data via RPC? I am having troubling figuring out exactly how to hook that up….

I can't view the table properly in IE7. The rendering is all over the place. Has anyone else observed the same?

Thanks!

Hi, is there any way to find out the column index of the clicked cell?
As a poster above was saying, there is only a RowSelectionHandler but no equivalent support for columns.

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to cross-browser CSS incompatibilities. If you end up resolving it, let the group here know!

I realized that empty-cells: show; is working on Firefox 4, but not working on IE8

I found an workaround for the first issue.
I added:
empty-cells: show;
in PagingScrollTable.css:

.gwt-ScrollTable .dataTable td,
.gwt-ScrollTable .headerTable td,
.gwt-ScrollTable .footerTable td {
border-color: #aaa;
border-style: solid;
border-width: 0px 1px 1px 0px;
white-space: nowrap;
overflow: hidden;
empty-cells: show;
}

by fermierul (guest), 15 Apr 2011 08:31
fermierul (guest) 14 Apr 2011 12:29

I have two issues.
First, if a cell value is null, the cell is displayed without borders. The workaround was to replace the null value with &nbsp which was translated to empty space, but the cell still had borders. After I upgraded gwt2.0 to 2.2 and gwt-incubator 2009.. to 2010, the workaround does not work any more. The &nbsp is not translated as space, but shown as it is written. I tried with the escaped version too ( ) but no change.

Second, the column's text is aligned to the left by default. For an amount field, I would prefer align to right. Any idea how to do that?
Thanks
